@Maxweg If you are unable to complete this online you are better calling into Sky to complete this process for your home move.

I would do but can't find a phone number anywhere on their website.

@Maxweg Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts and ignore if it tries to send you a text to stay on the line to speak to an advisor.
