Every single night my Internet goes down . I xan not watch tv in my bedroom from the hours of 2am and 6am this is EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! It is beyond ridiculous considering the amount I pay for this service. Im have VIP status yet I'm not receiving a VIP service.

Once again having the same issue, I pay ridiculous amounts for sky and get half of what I pay for

Do you have Sky Q in your room? The times you mention makes me think the Standby settings have kicked in if set the eco.

No I've got the box downstairs, I'm using the inbuilt tv apps upstairs, nut Internet is down every night at these times
