&lt;P&gt;You contact Sky and they arrange for Openreach (or the appropriate network maintainer in RoI) to remedy the situation: unfortunately that does mean there will be a delay before you can use the connection, which is why the advice from the ISP is to check ahead of time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp; my ONT has no powercable as I've just noticed and my activation for my broadband is tomorrow. It has a green cable and nothing else and doesn't turn on..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only code it has - ALCLFC845C17&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure who to contact about this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
