Thanks for the response. I also seemed to of solved it. I have moved the sky booster much further away from the router. My issue seemed to be there being conflicts between it trying to connect to the booster or the router, even with the same SSID, which obviously confused the data handling (or something technical inside). I've havr both 2.4 and 5g switched on with no issues at all since.

WiFi and Samsung S24 Ultra

I have just got the new Samsung S24...and for some reason it takes some of my apps to open/load whilst on my WiFi at home. They do eventually open, but after like a couple of minutes. I've got plenty of storage on the phone, I've cleared cache etc. When I turn the WiFi off, and use data the apps open immediately with no problems. The confusing thing though, my other devices in the home like my TV which are connected to the WiFi has no issues...apps open immediately. Any help? Thanks.

I have the same annoying issue, it's known to samsung too. I thought it was something to do with it swapping from one band to another on the WiFi and also something to do with the IPV6, but could be wrong.

I logged onto my Sky router (user - sky password - admin) when putting the IP address in the search bar in the web browser...

Once in, I changed the settings to 2.4ghz instead of 5ghz.... This worked perfectly for me, and even seems to have sped up some online features too. Has been working now for a week, no issues. Need help about the settings, there are plenty of videos online or contact sky for IT support 👍
