Our sky broadband router has all lights on but is it working. It will not connect to the Sky Tv box or any other devices. I have tried resetting it etc and nothing is working. It states that there are no issues in my area.

Our broadband has become less and less reliable. Today we have discovered that our connection keeps dropping, we are talking every few minutes! We've done all the trouble shooting and we can't find a way of contacting Sky. I work from home and I'm dreading trying to work tomorrow. Anyone know how I can get sky to run some diagnostics and determine whether an engineer is required? Thanks in advance.
