Over 18 content on the internet

I have downloaded the sky app and tried to change the internet shield so o can view adult content on the internet . However when I click to turn it off it just freezes on that page and I seem to be going around in an endless loop

Does it do the same via this link:

If it does all you can do is to call Sky about this.
