Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Engineer booked for 8am-1pm today. No show. A text message sent yesterday to confirm visit. Waited all morning. No communication to say not able to come. Unable to find a phone number through the Sky virtual assistant to speak to someone about this. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
