Well, have tried uninstalling the MySky app, then switching off the Sky max hub for a while... then powering it back up, and re-installing the app... but still no sign of the hub on the Broadband/Product Settings page. Hmm...

Hi folks, I recently changed to Sky broadband, and want to change the Sky max hub wifi password. All information points to doing it in the MySky app, but when I go to Product Settings, my Sky max hub isn't shown. Is there a way to get this activated to show in the app. I also tried going inthe normal way via mh browser but the relevant settings were greyed out. Anyone experiencing this?

With the max hub when it is first connected is will perform a firmware update that links it to the app and until it completes you can view or access it

with my replacement hub this week it took about 5 restart attempts via the app and leaving it overnight before it decided to complete

there should be an extra option near the service checker when it is trying to update the new hub

Have checked the broadband section on Mysky app and there's no update pending. Do you think switching off the hub for a few minutes would reset any due update, if indeed it is the firmware update that connects the hub to my Mysky app, and makes the max hub appear in the Product Settings?

It sounds like the hub is not feeding back correctly to sky to trigger the relevant update may be best to call sky to get them to force through the update or possibly change the hub
