      <title>New setup issue</title>

      <description>Today is the date we were given for our sky hub to be activated, I received a text this morning to say that the installation is in process and another to say that the sky hub is ready. I know it can take up to midnight to activate but I assumed once that text was received then it would mean we can connect. The hub has a red light on it, I have gone through different diagnostics but I'm uncertain as to whether there's an issue with my phone line or it still isn't activated. Advice welcome! TIA</description>

&lt;P&gt;Even after the text it can still take until midnight. If your connection still isnt working you should be able to report it via the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
