It started yesterday morning. Came back last night and is at it again today. We have done the usual tricks and nothing. From Facebook, we are not alone. Nothing is registering on the checkers at home or wider community. Says everything is working fine, when it is not.

Hi thanks for the reply.

I have done all the above apart from book an engineer. It is not our line or devices as several others are having the same issues. I am not going to be willing to pay a charge for that as I know it is not the line or equipment. It is back to stable at the moment. How long for? I don't know. This is the third time this has happened when it takes a few of us to flag the 'checkers' are not working and we still have no internet when it is telling us we do. You can probably check back through my postings on the forums and others postings in my area. Again, it is stable now, how long for is going to be the question and I hope it is just a glitch, again.

As I pointed out the service checker shows historical data. If you are not getting the ability to book an engineer you need to call Sky and report this.
