Only moved to Sky last week. Got fibre broadband through Siro. Throughout the day my internet is fine but as soon as it hits 20:00 the highest download speed i can get is about 3Mbps! and Upload is less than 1.

Was worried this was just how it is, but seeing people on here experiencing the same problem and it being relatively new gives me some hope!

Had no internet for 6 of the last 11 days. Sky says that there's no issues with the line, broadband getting to the property, but on my own tests there is no internet service. On the mysky app, the test shows that there are no devices connected. Sky insist that there's nothing wrong. Appears that there might be a significant issue beyond just sky.
