    <description>My wifi has not been working all day I have tried resetting the router this is now happening on a regular basis when we run test it comes back no faults and no devices connected, we can not connect due to no WiFi, I am aware that there is a wide problem with sky Internet in this area with a lot of people complaining about the same thing please help</description>
