wifi is not working, the power is green,wireless is green but the internet has no light showing

Same problem here. One of my neighbour's are with Sky too, and same problem. It went down around 18:10. Checked in with other neighbours (not with Sky) but they also have no internet too. Wonder if it's another bigger issue?

Had the same issue for the last 11 days. No wifi for 6 of those days, all tests run and says that there's broadband getting to the house but no devices connected. Sky says that there's nothing wrong, but clearly there is which would suggest a much bigger issue. No internet service message on my iPhone.

Oh I'm sorry to read that it went on like that. That's too long for a problem to remain. I'm hoping this gets resolved but I'm not confident since it appears to have impacted a lot of different houses and broadbands. Clearly something isn't right. I had a polite chat with Sky but they couldn't see/find any fault either.
