      <title>Broadband not working after thunderstorm</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday after a storm the internet light on the hub went off and now we have no service. Tried switching off and on, the online service check says we have a problem and it can't see the hub but then takes me back round the same questions again when I ask to fix it. Seriously frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
