connection not there.

hi, its a weird one. i have 3 green lights on router. ive also tried resetting a few times. but no connection from all devices and sky q box. netflix etc. stranger still an ipad running instagram still works. nothing else browsers youtube etc works on the ipad, just instagram which i find really odd.

im generally quite technical, but this has me stumped. ive run the test internet app you have and it shows ok.

nothing changed our side was working fine till this morning.

phone line seems ok too.

please help as cant access anything really.

Mine resolved itself this morning. All I can think is there was a huge outage, but no reports of it. Stange but all good again..

Yeah so did mine, it has done it again in less tuan a week but now after resetting it the voice light wont come on what so ever

Think its time to swap services. Its not like its easy to get any help from Sky. I've heard Virgin are good this week and cheaper. I'm going to move.
