Our internet keeps has been cutting out several times a day for about a week. The smiley face on the Sky Box turns off, then goes amber solid, then amber flashing, then sometimes reconnects to solid white smilely face, but then soon goes again.

I have tried turning it off at the wall, pulling out the grey DSL cable, all the things that are suggested, but this problem is still occurring, and having unstable internet connection, particularly at this time when working from home, is very unsettling.

I cannot find a way to actually contact anyone at Sky to report this, so I am hoping there might be an expert online that can point me in the right direction so that i can get this sorted as quickly as possible.

Thank you.
