    <description>&lt;P&gt;Mines the same! Service checker says everything is ok but I have an orange light on my box and nothing is connected including my home security!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It nornally takes around 1 hour for the information on the service checker to update as it is historical data that it is showing as good from the last check.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
