Other windows PC would inconsistantly disconnect using ethernet having to reset the network configurations through windows. Both PCs have been plugged directly into the router and within the same room when using WIFI, It does not happen with other devices but wifi is spotty, seperate issue

Both Wi-Fi and ethernet will randomly disconnect from the computer not allowing it to access all but a few google websites, it say invalid IP address among other problems, and it take over an hour to fix every after booting the computer. It is not an ethernet cable problem, nor a PC problem as it was tested with another PC, to fix the problem I have to reset the network properties through settings and manually through CMD, my drivers are updated, and this is a recent problem where nothing on my end has changed to affect the inconstancies of the internet

Does it happen to any other devices on your network?
What other PC was tested? What was the outcome of that one?

Is it connected via ethernet direct to the hub or through something like a booster, powerline or extender?
