Your picture suggests a weak signal to your laptop. How far away is the hub?

We've recently had Sky Broadband ultrafast 1 installed and I was expecting a great improvement as our WiFi constantly drops but unfortunately we're still getting issues even though when I do the online check it's saying everything is ok.
when I call customer services and the automated chat says they will do a check it says there are problems in the house but I can't get any further with finding out where the problems are! I feel like I'm going around in circles and it's frustrating the hell out of me especially as I work from home so sending/receiving emails is hit and miss. Websites are really slow downloading too. Please can anyone help? 🙏 I've tried calling the number again to see if I can speak to an actual human being but it says they are having valuable training 🙄

Hi @jamesn123. The hub is in the living room and the office is just up the stairs from it so not far. Even when I'm using my iPad in the living room the WiFi drops and It takes ages to download websites and emails.
