topic Laptop will not connect to wifi in Broadband

Checked broadband and wireless settings and says they are all good. Mobile connects to WiFi fine. Laptop will not connect at all at the moment. When it occasionally does it will keep cutting out. Have tried all I can think of, reset router, reset laptop network adaptors etc. Thought it could be strength of broadband or WiFi but product checks say all good, completely stuck!
