No internet even though the check says everything is fine

No internet , orange light is on , reset it and did all the necessary on off stuff, did the check on here and it says everything is fine .. I've had nothing but problems with the outside line BT always says it's fixed then not long after is broke yet again

Hi, have the same problem. Keep getting disconnected ( orange light) running a broadband test, saying everything is fine- nope it's not ....

I'm having the same issue. Sky just replaced my router. Internet came back up briefly but now gone again. For years I've had all 4 lights green but now the 4th (voice) one doesn't light at all. The other 3 are green. I'm now told 10-days for an engineer which is totally unacceptable as I work from home.

I contacted sky and they are sending me a new router .. can't get BT out till next week , they are a law upon themselves as they don't turn up when suppose to

Yes !!! That's exactly what's happened to mine . Haha they are sending a new router as BT can't get out till next week, they are menaces cause they never turn up when supposed to

My daughter said there has been a few people on FB saying they are having problems too , it's very windy up here in Scotland a though maybe that was the problem cause the birds seem to like to swing on the outside cable or use it as a skipping rope ha
