My internet with sky is not working from 9/9/24 at noon and still currently not working. I have sky protection but still have to wait until Thursday for an appointment. No discount offered for the disruption, having no sky broadband for four days and none of my smart devices are working which is an inconvenience especially when your household has two disabled children
