The problem is that the WiFi will not work with any other devices and applications. For example the WiFi is discoverable on my Xbox and Nintendo switch, but will not connect to the internet at all. I have tried to change all the relevant setting on the consoles to try and help as well as restarting the devices and the router. There are also some applications and websites that won't work such as Reddit. All seems random to what works and what doesn't. There are also very brief periods where everything seems to work as normal which is odd. I hope the above helps and this can be sorted quickly (it's been like this for about a week).
