Hi i am new to sky

i cant get my printer to connect to WIFI - can anyone please help - desperate need for work

@JeanG8 If the printer is unable to connect to the new router you will have to go into the router settings via the Sky app and disable to the 5.0 GHz frequency to see if the printer connects as it sounds like it will only connect on the 2.4 GHz frequency.

@JeanG8 Is the settings for the Max router not available on the Sky app for you? How long have you had the new white router?

@JeanG8 Normally you will be able to access the router settings for the white hub after 24 hours of it being connected.
