If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Overnight, my router has lost the right hand light labelled voice. I now can't access the Internet. I've run the checks suggested by sky and they say everything is OK. It's clearly not. Any ideas?</description>
