    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4051645"&gt;@LandGskynet&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days &lt;STRONG&gt;from when you notify Sky of the fault, &lt;/STRONG&gt;you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (new rates apply from 01/04/24 of £9.76 per day).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Approx 3.15am Sunday 8 Sept we had a lightening storm overhead and since then no internet signal on the router.&amp;nbsp; We've tested the line and there's no signal, no green or orange light on the router, the router still works OK.&amp;nbsp; Did the sky test and it said we need to book an engineer, so we have. Fingers crossed it will get fixed on Friday as that's when the engineer is booked for.&amp;nbsp; A week without internet begins....well we've still got 4g.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for letting us know this, I didn't know that.&amp;nbsp; We had an outage about a week ago too and that lasted over 24hrs, so hopefully we'll see some money come back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
