topic Poor WiFi in Broadband

Hello,

First time poster here, in the hope I can actually get in contact with someone at Sky!

I have an ongoing issue with my Sky WiFi that I've had for over a year now. When connected to the Sky Q hub, all websites take an age to load. For example, on eBay, the text will load slowly, images load even slower and sometimes not at all.

Full signal is shown on the 2 devices connected to the hub.

Happens all over the house, including sitting right next to the hub.

I have done the service checker which is showing all good.

When trying to load a website, and I am just looking at a white page, swiching WiFi off on the device and going on to 4G, the website loads instantly.

I have also donored a friends hub and connected my devices to it and it works perfectly, so the hub is clearly the issue.

The problem is, I have contacted Sky numerous times to be told that I need to call their techncial department, who are only open Monday to Friday.

I have tried to call their technical department to spend nearly an hour on hold each time. To make it even more difficult, where I work has poor signal so I then need to go off site to spend my time on hold to not get through.

There has to be a simpler way to get this hub replaced? I am paying a considerable amount a month for my Sky package, for the WiFi to sit here unused?!

Thank you
