Internet dropping

My Internet is keeps dropping one min it's on next it's off, all day yesterday so annoying, I've trued to speak to sky all I keep getting is a link to test my line, I've done all these and rebooted several times, it works for a while then starts again, can't seem to speak to anyone

Hi thanks for the reply.

ive tried what you said but it won't let me in my internet is that slow, I've rebooted and still the same, I was getting speed of 4.5 after reboot it's 10.2 nothing seems to work now.
