      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Internet is keeps dropping one min it's on next it's off, all day yesterday so annoying, I've trued to speak to sky all I keep getting is a link to test my line, I've done all these and rebooted several times, it works for a while then starts again, can't seem to speak to anyone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive tried what you said but it won't let me in my internet is that slow, I've rebooted and still the same, I was getting speed of 4.5 after reboot it's 10.2 nothing seems to work now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
