    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. It's plugged into back of router. I've spoken to agent who says he can see something that has not been done on their side. I need to wait three days for them to sort it.. He said he sees this happen quite a lot with new installations. Hmm&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>We have now been promised twice the phone line would be resolved with 72hrs. Photos of settings shared. Talks with operators. It is two weeks since it should have been working. This is dreadful level of service .. reminds me of the days of 1980s waiting for phone landlines to be sorted. Sky have taken us back to the dark ages.</description>
