&lt;P&gt;Although the Sky app is saying your minimum guarantee&amp;nbsp;is 41.2mbps, if you have it written from Sky that your guarantee&amp;nbsp;is actually 45.5mpbs and they cant fix the problem then you should be allowed to walk away penalty free yes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
