Confusingly, boosters are not shipped by default with the Broadband Boost subscription. They are potentially claimable retrospectively under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee, but Sky typically won't entertain such a claim in the first two weeks after the Broadband Hub is first used.

I'm a new customer to sky and I've brought a broadband and a broadband boost. I've received my wifi box and a plug but not the wifi booster. On call I was told it was suppose to come?. Would it come later on or? I've got 3 days before my line activates. Thanks for any answers

What would you advise me to do? Do I need to call them to get them to send it? Or should I tell the engineer that's going to come about it when he comes to activate my line?

As I said, you need to have the broadband activated, then wait before claiming.
