      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tested through MySky app which says everything looks normal but the internet light on the hub is off and I can't connect to the WiFi with any of my devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could you please help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Still not working, again if the Internet light is off.. doesn't that mean the hub is not getting signal!? How can the online test give a green light to all tests?</description>
