    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4172564"&gt;@Mauro2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Have you tried to call Sky to report this fault which is external.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>How can your service checker give me a green light for Internet connection, when that light in the HUB is off!? No Internet connection, POS light at the fibre terminal flashing, Internet light at the hub completely off. Tried the usual turn off give it a minute, back on again... same outcome.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue again....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This morning this happen after the heavy rain, now I'm having the same issue and just had heavy again.. coincidence.. or is there a physical issues some where??? Can't be local.. more people are reporting the same issues..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hopefully it is some connection to your house that is obvious.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
