    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3138000"&gt;@Highlinder&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Phone will only respond when wifi setting is turned off and 5G operates. Under this setting, the service checker says everything is 'Good'. Have got the service checker page up under 5G then turned wifi on at the phone - will not run a test. Laptop and ipad not connecting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ipad and phone show wifi connection but no device is responding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any other options please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
