    <description>&lt;P&gt;The test continues to tell me that all is working and the WiFi is fine externally and internally but at most I have two green lights out of four. Which means I cannot book an engineer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>WiFi not working despite test saying it is</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two out of four lights on the hub are green and two are orange. It keeps happening regularly. While it is happening I don't have WiFi despite Sky broadband test telling me everything is fine&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
