      <description>&lt;P&gt;Openreach have been given Permission to Work by me, our neighbours have been connected, but (according to Sky) Openreach apparently are waiting for a '3rd party' to give their permission but won’t say who the 3rd party are. &amp;nbsp;No one else on our complex who has changed to Fast fibre has had this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
