You are not speaking to Sky, this forum is mainly customer to customer based.

Is it just your laptop not getting an internet connection or all your devices? If its all, what lights are showing on your hub? Have you tried running the line test on the My Sky app?

Is your Sky Shield enabled? If so try disabling it. Otherwise I'd recommend going back to your IT department as if your phone is working fine this suggests there is no issue with your Sky connection.
