    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4110584"&gt;@Freakz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Is this still the case this morning that you have the red LOS light on the ONT, can you follow the directions below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi unfortunately my wifi is not working, on the ONT there is a ed light flashing on the LOS sections, could you please explain how this could be fixed? Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As far as I remember&amp;nbsp; the l o s light being on means there is a problem&amp;nbsp; with&amp;nbsp; the fibre&amp;nbsp; optic cable&amp;nbsp; as that light&amp;nbsp; mean loss of signal , you will&amp;nbsp; need to ring&amp;nbsp; sky&amp;nbsp; and get them&amp;nbsp; to arrange&amp;nbsp; an&amp;nbsp; engineer&amp;nbsp; visit by the sounds of it.&amp;nbsp; I have&amp;nbsp; fftp&amp;nbsp; with them and if everything&amp;nbsp; is working&amp;nbsp; OK you&amp;nbsp; should&amp;nbsp; have 2 solid&amp;nbsp; lights and 1 flashing&amp;nbsp; all should&amp;nbsp; be a yellow&amp;nbsp; colour which is what I have on my o n t box, hope this helps you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
