    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am fed up of Sky's broadband not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I pay for a service and expect to get the service I pay for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im tired of seeing this 'It looks like you do not have internet connection right now...'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to here, do this but nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky app reckons there's a problem with my router? Why? It's been okay all week and nothing has changed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky, get it fixed. Else I stop paying for a service I'm not receiving.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have copied all this and expect to be up and running at whatever slow speed soon!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you called Sky regarding these issues?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Stopping payment is the worst thing to do and will just make matters even worse.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is the route you opt to take your line will be ceased and no other provider would be able to take over your service while there is an outstanding bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it is going off at the same time&amp;nbsp; every night&amp;nbsp; then as other customers&amp;nbsp; have reported&amp;nbsp; on here it's&amp;nbsp; most likely&amp;nbsp; maintenance&amp;nbsp; being carried&amp;nbsp; out of some sort by sky/ b t open reach&amp;nbsp; as less people&amp;nbsp; are on line overnight not sure what the maintenance&amp;nbsp; is but if the Internet&amp;nbsp; is back on in the morning&amp;nbsp; then that would&amp;nbsp; explain it my guess&amp;nbsp; is&amp;nbsp; they are doing&amp;nbsp; some sort of line check&amp;nbsp; but that's&amp;nbsp; just a check, my Internet&amp;nbsp; used to go off&amp;nbsp; like that&amp;nbsp; when I was on the old phone line. But I have not noticed&amp;nbsp; it now I am on fftp&amp;nbsp; since I upgraded&amp;nbsp; in January&amp;nbsp; this year , sky gigafast&amp;nbsp; broadband&amp;nbsp; 900mps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
