Broadband not working

Internet isn't working. Nothing is loading on tv, iPad or iPhone. Had to turn WiFi off on my phone just to get on here to do a service check which ironically said everything is good . It's clearly not as nothing is working

The internet box has been turned on and off just in case it was a small issue like that but it still isn't working.
There are green lights on the power and wifi and a red/orange light on voice but the internet light isn't coming on with any colour.

Same here (Bristol). Internet stopped working suddenly. No connection on any device. Two orange lights on router - one on 'internet' and other on 'voice'

Still down for me. Been 20 mins. Tried restart, nothing. All lights on except Internet and voice is orange. In Hayes.

It's up and running again... still not sure what happened
