topic Unstable connection in Broadband

I have an unstable connection and it's been this way for months now. All devices will suddenly say "no internet connection" and phones will drop out and go to 4g.

I've been sent a new router but this has just made it even worse. The internet when connected is fine but the problem is it just keeps dropping out randomly. Seems like the routers are just really poor.

it's got to the point now where I seriously have to think about other options because Sky do not seem capable of fixing this and as I work from home most of the time I need to have a good steady connection at all times.

Just to add to this, I'm currently hot spotting from my phone because it's the only way to get a decent connection at the moment which is laughable as I'm paying for broadband but it's not of any use at this time.
