Broadband really slow

My broadband has been running slow for a couple of days now. Today it is almost impossible to work everything is so sluggish. I did a test with which said that it was slow but skys own test said everything was fine although there may be an issue with our wifi

it is the black router, seems to be okay today, the last few days has been terrible.

@Highlinder Thank you but it seems okay again. I did a which speed checker at the time and its results compared with Sky's was very different. Will keep an eye on it and come back if there are any further issues. Thank you.
