No access to ONT

Hello,

I have purchased Sky Broadband and Sky TV, today I have received my new router and the little device for TV, when I read the self installation manual I noticed that I don't have a ONT box in my property, despite the fact that I was advised that I can self-install it on my postcode. Where can I arrange an engineer visit to get this ONT box installed as quickly as I can?

Note the ont exists usually means that the previous occupant has made left with it

You would need to contact sky on the activation day to book openreach to install a new one

Look for a thin cable, probably white, with a green rectangular jack plug, somewhere in the vicinity of a power socket and potentially with a circular white cover, as below. There may also be two screws in the wall.
