&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contact sky as below&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Follow the link and choose need more help&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland&lt;/P&gt;</description>
