I need to reschedule an appointment to get my wifi installed through openreach. How can I do this?

Your should be able to reschedule the appointment in the my orders section of your my sky app

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

If the original appointment is for tomorrow you will likely be charged £25 if you change it giving little notice.
