Not getting minimum guaranteed speed

We switched from Virgin Media to Sky Gigafast Fibre with a guaranteed speed of 600 Mbps. With Virgin Media, we consistently got 1 Gbps. Our home is wired with a mesh Deco system, so we get fast internet in every room. Our Sky service was installed just today, but after doing speed tests, I am only getting 200 Mbps maximum. I am a bit concerned that this speed will not be enough when we have family events with lots of people.

@BrendanHickey88 leave the connection for 24 hours as it may not fully enabledcas yet. If it is still running slowly after that then there could be an issue.

I still have issues with this, I have been doing Spee tests throughout the day and the only time I got good speed was in the middle of the night lol

- Download: 177 Mbps
- Upload: 89.5 Mbps

I'm still constantly getting a maximum of 400 download😭 minimum guaranteed was 600
