Hi, so our WiFi has been very inconsistent/ not working over the last few weeks, we have our suspicions as to why but that's beside the point. A few days ago someone came over to essentially fix the problem and for the most part they did, except it was still slower than normal at times. However today I got home around 4 and the WiFi wasn't working at all, it's got 4 green bars so it should be working. Have tried all the troubleshooting solutions and not a single thing is working, anyone able to tell me why it claims it's fine when it evidently is not?
