@Adeboi87 On which platform is this happening Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream? Are any of your other devices loose connection to the internet when this is happening?

It's happening in SkyQ. When the tv drops out all the devices drop out also. E.g: phone & iPad)

Black, it's only been the last two weeks it's been happening and when I check on the online system it says all the connections are fine. I have reset the router also

@Adeboi87 username " admin " without quotes and your password is your Wi-Fi pass word if you are trying to do this via an Apple device can you try using the chrome browser.

It's only connected by WiFi.

its so strange as it seems to do it always around the same time of the day too.
