    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes - when I test it says to call an expert as the broadband is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spent 25 minutes on the phone yesterday and essentially all I was told to do was turn it on and off again. They said I had to call Monday&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have had a sky engineer install new wifi yesterday (FTTP)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the internet light is amber&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;every other light is green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have tried resetting to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anything i can do to fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you run the service checker on your my sky app using mobile data. . If it returns all green ticks then run it again by clicking test my connection in the blue box&lt;/P&gt;</description>
