      <title>Broadband speed dropped significantly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1166578"&gt;@Jenny81&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I can see that there is a line fault on the connection with a downstream noise margin of 21.4.dB and this normally should be 6.0. But also noticed that you have not restarted your router in over 3 months. Might want to do that re-start and see if the speed comes back and if you are unsure re-post the router stats when you have done this and the forum can look for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
