      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband is down. The checker insists the connection to my hub is up every time I try, I even tried it with the job powered off and it still insisted the connection to the hub was up! Re-seating the cables didn't help and nor did resetting the hub.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. The checker has finally actually admitted it's down. Bit annoying that it makes it look like it's running a test and gives the wrong info if it's actually just giving out incorrect cached data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It gives the option to to run a test then eventually says "&lt;SPAN&gt;We're having some problems and our tests are unavailable at the moment."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
